cannot seem to get an answer from 1633 or 1630.
no outstanding bill
have hubstation hd box

was put-on hold (music) for more than an hours (1630).
call 1633 also cannot give me an reason.
the CSO said will call me back, almost 30 minutes, still have not receive the call-back.
World Cup 2014 is starting in less than 12 hours.
from Monday (09 June 2014 till now), nobody at StarHub can give me an answer, why my subscription and/or application is being rejected.
i am giving up.
coming to 1 hour, still have not receive the call from StarHub Hotline (CSO)...
starhub hotline called back at around 6pm.
then have an teleconference call with singtel and starhub.
i thought everything was settled and resolved.
i applied and subscribe for the third time.
now singtel called me again and said starhub left them an message and email, requesting me to call starhub.
trying for almost an hour, still cannot get through
look like i am not going to get it, activated in time to watch 2014 world cup
last night, get thru to starhub hotline at around 10.30pm.
after 4 days of hotlines' calls, finally got resolved.
but still feeling a bit "hot" and the problem is with starhub.
How can we improve?
