WHY MOSTLY STARHUB CUSTOMERS SERVICE HOTLINE NOBODY TO ANSWER?

Only recording Voice Machine answer and transfer call to Customer service,but nobody answer the call mostly more than 20mins.REGARDS AZAMAN JANTAN.

At times, we might be encountering high call volume and hence the waiting time is slightly longer.

i called 1630, was put on music for more than 1 hours.

lucky, i used home digital line to call else 60 minutes of outgoing calls wasted.
